New battery and alternator rebuilt thanksgiving. Tires are in almost new shape but they have a small vibration at fifty five. there are two spares in the trunk. It has recent Monroe gas charged struts and shocks. The car handles great. the sunroof works as it should both directions and flips up for the ´moon roof´. it has a new CD player (with remote) with new speakers. We purchased a 525i to replace this one for my son to go off to school. My wife says this one needs to go. The bad is fuel sending unit needs to be replaced. The odometer quit working (211000 miles. typical for these cars) so the exact mileage is unknown. The passenger window does not function (i have not diagnosed(switch or regulator)). The AC has not been hooked up since I have owned the car. It does not have a belt on it so I do not know the extent of the repair (expect the worst and hope for the best). Interior is tired but has seat covers and the dash has a couple of cracks, needs the hood emblem. Has hail damage from last stormTHANKS. If you want something on gas but still want a truck, this is it. I fill it up every week and a half - two weeks, and it costs about $65 to fill up. runs good. single cab, and it´s my daily driver. Fairly new tires that I bought back in July with great tread. They look like new. Steel bumpers so if ya hit somethin ya won´t be able to tell. I bought it back in July and put a ton of new parts on it, too much to list. It´s got a few very TINY dents, like any decent truck does. I bought some touch-up paint and took care of the few small scratches. It´s a tad dirty in the pics, but the paint is perfect, no fading or peeling whatsoever. I spent 6 hours the other day cleaning the inside and under the truck. It´ll be clean when you get it. It has an aftermarket radio in it, and is wired for speakers and an amp, but I just have some average sized speakers behind the seats that I´ll throw in. I´ve bought matching Mossy Oak seat covers, steering wheel cover, and heavy duty floor mats, and I´ll throw them in as well. The seats under the covers are grey cloth and seriously look like new. I would rather trade since it´s my DD but I will accept for around $3500 obo. Looking to trade for a nice ext cab truck, preferably a 4x4. I can trade up if needed and put a little cash with it. A nice 90´s or early 2000´s model ranger, tacoma, z71, dodge, f150, wrangler, or a nice muscle car. Basically any trades, so shoot me anything you´ve got. The worst i can do is say no. Details: I LOVE THIS CAR! I really dont want to sell it but it has come down to where I have no choice. It needs some TLC and I dont have the money or the time to fix it up. Motor needs some work and interior needs a little work itself. The car does start up and run but i would not recommend driving it. I parked it when i heard the timing chain making a little noise. We replaced the tentioner but that didnt fix it. BMW mechanic told me it may be the guides have gone bad. It does have a pretty good bit of miles on it so i would say best bet would be to either replace the motor or rebuild. It is a 5 speed with 211247 miles on the odometer.
